Lunch with Lisa

Hear from Lisa Dahl, restaurateur, chef, author, and entrepreneur, about her amazing journey. Lisa hosted some of the first TSW meetings at Dahl & Di Luca in the spring of 2000. Lisa has created a special lunch for the occasion and is opening the restaurant just for us.

Lunch Menu

First course
Caprese Antipasto — Burrata, marinated baby mushrooms, artichoke hearts, imported olives on arugula

Second course
Tuscan Tomato Bisque

Third course, choice of:

• Garganelli Bolognese: Artisan-style garganelli pasta with classic Florentine-style meat sauce finished with parmesan
• Gnocchi Paradiso (vegetarian bolognese): The restaurant's signature portobello mushroom and ragout finished and topped with chevre

To finish
Organic local peach crisp with vanilla bean gelato

Tickets for program and lunch are $50 per person, with $5 of each ticket being donated to Project Soup Hope, a nonprofit fund being developed with the Arizona Community Foundation. When purchasing your lunch ticket, include your choice of Gaganelli Bolognese or Gnocchi Paradiso (vegetarian) for the third course. 

Tickets are nonrefundable. As seating is limited and is being offered first to our members, please make your reservation by Thursday, Sept. 7.
